Returns:
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under certain conditions.
Return policy:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at moments@drburgener or call us at +41 21 329 03 05 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Non-returnable items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products, as well as any items marked as non-returnable or final sale.
